Our 6th-12th grade ministry happens Wednesday nights from 6-7:30. We start out with the big group for free dinner and worship and then split off for our own time of fellowship and discussion as we explore what it means to be a young Christian in the 21st century.
All 6th-12th graders are welcome as we build a strong foundation in the truth of the Bible so that we can all become faithful and compassionate Christians.
Confirmation and discipleship class happens on Sunday morning at 10:45 and lasts until around 11:30. This is a class where our junior high students (grades 6-8) can come together and learn not only the foundation of our faith but also how to challenge themselves and grow on their own. At the end of this 2-year journey, the students are given the opportunity to share their testimony with the church and are rewarded a VERY nice Bible. The goal is that your student will leave this class excited about their relationship with God and with the tools they need to grow on their own!
Covenant Cedars Bible Camp
Our Ceresco Covenant Church has sent hundreds of kids to Covenant Cedars over the years. Many come back with memories that will last a lifetime and some have made a commitment to follow Christ. Covenant Cedars Bible Camp is a year-round facility nestled in the cedars of the beautiful Platte River Valley. It provides a wonderful place for groups desiring solitude and relaxation all the way to high energy activities with intense spiritual focus and growth. It is available for groups up to 350 and is a great place for small family reunions or other small group gatherings as well. The church provides scholarships to ensure that finances are not a roadblock for all kids who want to attend camp.
