Pastor Matt is a native of Omaha, NE, where he grew up in the First Covenant Church. He studied at Northwest Missouri State earning his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology & a Minor in Fine Arts. He went on to attend Central Baptist Theological Seminary of Kansas City, from which he earned a Master of Divinity degree. Pastor Matt was ordained in the Evangelical Covenant Church in 2007. Pastor Matt has been in the pastoral ministry since 2000. He served as a Lead Pastor in Rhode Island, Michigan, and Nebraska. Pastor Matt and his wife Immy have been married since 2001. Immy is originally from India and currently works as a nurse in Lincoln. She loves having people over to their house and visiting. Together they have three children, Ethan, Sam, and Thomas. Pastor Matt absolutely loves hanging out with his boys! He is also a true outdoorsman and enjoys nature, hikes, working on the yard, and camping as a family — this may not be Immy’s favorite family activity, but she will lovingly tolerate it. In his spare time, he enjoys reading westerns and traveling. Pastor Matt is especially keen on traveling overseas as he finds other cultures fascinating.

Parker Snider is from Kearney, MO, where he grew up attending Community Covenant Church. While in high school, Parker attended Covenant Cedars Bible Camp where he fell in love with Jesus. While on a mission trip senior year of high school, Parker felt a call to youth ministry. He later worked on summer staff at Covenant Cedars for one summer and Twin Lakes Bible Camp for two summers. He studied at MidAmerica Nazarene University earning his Bachelor’s degree in Youth and Family Ministry. While completing his degree Parker worked as a youth intern at the Pomeroy Covenant Church in Iowa gaining experience and insight to youth ministry. Parker has been married to his wife, Gracyn, since May of 2024. Gracyn also graduated from MNU with her bachelor’s degree in Children and Family Ministry. Together, Parker and Gracyn have a heart for ministry. They feel a call on their lives to help others feel seen, known, and loved. Parker and Gracyn love to be in God’s creation including, hiking, biking, wakeboarding, pickleball, etc.

Jessica grew up in the very covenant church she serves in. With that history and a career in graphic design & marketing, she strives for a well-rounded strategy to ensure staff, congregants and potential new members receive the best communication possible. She loves connecting people together and sharing God’s true love for others. Have a bulletin or website question? She’s your girl.
Her and her husband Blaine both grew up in Ceresco, were married at the church in 2011 and have made Ceresco Covenant their church home after stints in Omaha and full-time travel around the US. They love our small-town community, volunteering at various church capacities, being outside, traveling and their two dogs, Daisy & Marin.
